This series of seminars provides the possibility of having a direct contact with a member of a PTO or Court, or similar, in order to resolve any doubts there might be with respect to Law, Rules, Practice or Procedures. The seminar will begin with a brief introductory presentation on the topic followed by a Q&A session. On this occasion, we welcome Bernhard Mueller, Legal Member of the Board of Appeal and the Enlarged Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office, who will provide a general overview of the new Rules of Procedure of the Boards of Appeal, focusing mainly on the new introductions or changes with respect to the previous Rules, supporting the discussion using real-life cases which have been decided upon already.
