The President of LES Spain & Portugal (www.les-sp.org) is pleased to invite you to the conference “Patentability of biotechnological inventions: Most recent developments at EPO and national level“.
The objective of the conference is to provide guidelines on the general trends and developments regarding the patentability requirements of biotechnological inventions.
The conference will consist of two (2) one-hour presentations followed by a 45-minute roundtable discussion.
Conference language: English.

First presentation: Enrique Molina Galan, Director Biotechnology at the European Patent Office.
Second presentation: Examiner from the Spanish Patents Office (to be appointed shortly).
